Cancellation Policy Botaniq.in believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy: Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within4 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them. There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category. No cancellations are entertained for those products that the botaniq marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible. Shipping Time Since most of the products are made to order, we allow the vendors to decide on the lead time they require. This time is indicated alongside each product and reflects in the checkout page. For few products lead time is 2-4 business days and other products 7- 10 business days (please check the shipping details of each products before you order the products) The logistics partner gets a notification once the vendor has your product ready for dispatch. They will then pick it up from the vendor and deliver it to you between 5pm to 9pm on all days Monday to Saturday. We ship on all days (Monday to Saturday) except Sundays , regional holidays and public holidays.
