Fawn - Acacia Honey
Our Raw Acacia Honey is light and vibrant with an almost transparent colour that’s accompanied by a soothing floral aroma. As you open the lid and your senses come to life, you won’t be able to resist trying the smooth and delicate sweetness that makes it truly special.
Because it is smoother and slower to crystallise than other honeys, it stays in a runny state which makes it a healthier alternative to sugar. Not only that, but it offers a range of natural benefits such as naturally treating acne and supplying the body with a rich source of antioxidants.
Acacia honey mixed with lemon is used to overcome upcoming colds, and along with tea is said to help in the treatment of liver and gall bladder, and relieve inflammation of the gastrointestinal tract.

We currently deliver across India to all metros and certain non-metro cities. We have tied up with a reliable logistics partner that ensures reliable delivery of non-perishable items across cities. We try our very best to ensure that there are no delays in shipments, but sometimes it’s beyond our control.
Shipping Time

Since most of the products are made to order, we allow the vendors to decide on the lead time they require. This time is indicated alongside each product and reflects in the checkout page. For few products lead time is 2-4 business days and other products 7- 10 business days (please check the shipping details of each products before you order the products)

The logistics partner gets a notification once the vendor has your product ready for dispatch. They will then pick it up from the vendor and deliver it to you between 5pm to 9pm on all days Monday to Saturday.

We ship on all days (Monday to Saturday) except Sundays , regional holidays and public holidays.
If you feel that the packaging of the product is tampered or damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept delivery of the product and contact us immediately at info@botaniq.in , mentioning your order reference number. We shall ensure a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

In the unfortunate scenario that your shipment has been misplaced or lost enroute, we can either resend the order to you (if the same products are still in stock), or issue a credit note to you, or reimburse the amount completely to you.
Returns
We at Botaniq strive to ensure you get 100% satisfaction from any of the products you buy from us. Having said that, we get that you may have an occasional concern with your order. Please do write in to us at info@botaniq.in and we will be happy to resolve any issue that may have occurred. Returns and Exchanges will be evaluated on a case by case basis and in general all food products are non-returnable.
